Through a combination of products and services or products replaced by a service which is called product service system (PSS) concept achieve dematerialization targets so as to reduce the environmental impact effectively. If purchasing behavior had to become leasing or sharing of PSS, it causes changes in customer demand and use patterns. Product and service must be innovation in order to match this change. This research purpose is to assist developers in innovating; therefore, we construct the relevant knowledge model to explore innovation type. Using logistic regression analysis and case-based reasoning can provide innovation advice. This research using the idea of customer demand-driven innovation, depending on the product features and market context affecting innovation in the middle, construct a model of innovation. First this research collect one hundred leasing or sharing innovation cases and then explore the relationship between demand and innovation in each case so as to construct the product characteristics customer demand market context hardware innovation service innovation five dimensions, forming a demand-driven innovation (domain) model. Then in order to obtain innovation suggestion and impact factor, using logistic regression analysis establish the quantitative relationship between innovation model. Finally using case-based reasoning to construct an innovation-assisting tools combing cases with domain model insert into Access database; Consequently, they become a set of innovation-assisting system. Users can enter product characteristics, customer demand and market context, getting the hardware and service innovation suggestion quickly. The system will contribute to the developers of PSS.
