博士 === 國立成功大學 === 資源工程學系 === 102 === This study investigates Taiwan manufacturing businesses with experience of the complete supply chain, which includes upstream suppliers and downstream customers, and established a supply chain strategy model using the structural equation modeling (SEM). It further validated the causality relationships and interactive impact weights of the manufacturers’ environment resources analysis, coordination, integration, and performance. According to the empirical results, market resource environment competition has positive influence on supply chain information sharing, supply chain information sharing has positive influence on supply chain coordination and restructuring, meanwhile supply chain coordination has positive influence on product development integration, supply chain restructuring and product development integration has positive influence on market reaction ability. The empirical findings can help manufacturers to review the impact of market source environment uncertainties on individual manufacturers, and further develop supply chain strategic directions.
