Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 都市計劃學系 === 102 === Even in New York, Tokyo or other regions whose public transportation are developed, travelling by private vehicle still occupies a large proportion. Therefore, exploring how to improve the load factor of private vehicles has a strong practical significance. As we all knows, carpool is one of these methods. There are several years since carpool is implemented in Taiwan and there are more and more people taking part in carpool. However, most of the literatures in the past belonged the early exploration of carpool, such as the feasibility of carpool, carpool matching algorithm and so on. Currently there are few researches about the performance after the implementation of carpool. Therefore, this paper wishes to explore the satisfaction of carpool users and the follow-up supporting measures of carpool, and maybe it will play an important role in the future.
In this paper, by delivering network questionnaires to the carpool users in the Green Carpool network and PTT network which have the most carpool users in Taiwan, getting the empirical results of carpool in Taiwan. Then it will analyze the results of the data and get the characteristics of carpool participants. What’s more, by using the structural equation model and building an Expectation-Disconfirmation model of consumer satisfaction, this study gets the evidence that disconfirmation and performance have a significant influence on carpool satisfaction. Finally, according to the results of the experiment, this paper puts forward several suggestions for the websites of carpool matching.
