Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 航空太空工程學系 === 102 === The Non-Invasive Hemodynamic Analyzer (NIHD) is used to probe the variation of the mechanical function of heart, this device is developed based on the hemodynamics theory. On measuring the audio signal from the pulse beat from wrist artery from a condenser microphone, the results contains the detailed hemodynamics information of the cardiovascular system can be observed. The digital signal analysis of the data obtained can unveil the detailed cardiovascular behavior. The analysis of signal in-line with ECG wave and mean arterial pressure wave delivers much more detailed information corresponding to the cardiovascular system. This study try to build the basis standard for which the degree of heart failure and systole function of heart can be examined. From the data of rapid ejection time of ventricular, power spectral density (PSD) of heart rate variability and Pointcare’ plot is used for the examination. The device of NIHD has the characteristics of convenience on operation and easily interpretation on the data, it can be used to offer an early diagnostic on the heart failure disorder in the primary medical system.
