Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 民航研究所 === 102 === Ultra-Light Vehicle (ULV) is developed for recreation purposes. Currently, there is no suitable regulation in Taiwan to fit ULV design and certification. A self-made ULV should apply American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Regulation for design, construction, operation and maintenance. This research tries to establish a personal design Class II ULV in structure verification under CAA Regulation 07-03A and its relative procedures to access ULV qualification using stress tests for regulation conformation in structure. This research adopts some earlier development literatures to create a feasible method for experiment and verification.
