Summary: | 博士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系 === 102 === In order to understand the conservation value and location distribution of farm ponds in Yunlin County, the farm pond conservation evaluation system in Yunlin County is constructed through FAHP expert questionnaire. Total 481 farm ponds in Yunlin County are analyzed the evaluation of Production, Livelihood, Ecology, Environmental Disaster Reduction, and Cultural Landscape as well as the distribution location characteristics. Moreover, 441 copies of questionnaires are analyzed to understand the correlations between the citizen perception of farm pond ecological system services and conservation intention. The difference between expert evaluation of farm ponds and spatial distribution of citizen perception is organized with GIS. The research results, through the farm pond evaluation system constructed with FAHP, could effectively understand the value of farm ponds so as to interpret the location characteristics of farm ponds with conservation potential. The analysis combining citizen perception with Willing-to-Pay Value allows realizing the citizen action to promote farm pond conservation and analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of the conservation potential value of farm ponds. It could be the reference of future farm pond conservation policies.
