It has been seen as a primary principle in management field, and the relevant academic research are also well-developed. The growth of s-as-p into a field of research arises in part from an increasing dissatisfaction with conventional strategy research, considering s-as-p could problematize the performance issue at a more micro level. This movement toward practical relevance prefers concrete micro actions rather than abstract macro analysis. Strategy-as-practice research is now entering its second decade with scarce empirical studies; therefore, this research explores s-as-p with an empirical study through a qualitative single case study method. This empirical research targets Holiday Market of Evergreen Plaza Hotel (Tainan) as research case, focusing on discussing the core three elements under s-a-p theory, anticipating realizing the following research purposes: 1. To comprehend how Evergreen Plaza Hotel (Tainan) practiced Holiday Market in a strategic way. 2. To comprehend who practitioners were in the process of Evergreen Plaza Hotel (Tainan) practicing Holiday Market. 3. To comprehend the outcomes and the practices established in the process of Evergreen Plaza Hotel (Tainan) practicing Holiday Market. 4. To comprehend the connections between the practitioners, praxis, and practices in the process of Evergreen Plaza Hotel (Tainan) practicing Holiday Market.
