The sensitivity analysis for the horizontal well form is undertaken for the water supplying program design. The water source development building horizontal wells under the Kaoping River’s Sing Tian Basin. Based on the analysis of the research, the proposal is to build 7 horizontal wells. Based on groundwater model simulations, the development of 100,000 CMD Hyporheic water resources each year, it is slight impact to groundwater level fluctuation for the environment on the surrounding area of Hsin-Tien.
