It is bound to put a lot of R & D costs and quality improvement costs to remain competitive, because of new products are constantly being developed cause the new failure modes (or poor quality) Continue to emerge, these defect may lead customers to stop production. Therefore, to improve the quality and cost down are both very important. In this study, the model through Vensim software architecture of a realistic situation and combine PFA model, use a system dynamics approach can analyse and measure the amount of appraisal cost and failure cost effects on cost of quality in different factors of organizations. To help decision makers can simulate the countermeasures to get the estimated cost of quality and understand the key factors for the impacts of countermeasures quality cost.
