Incidents of food safety that threaten people’s health are increasing in number, so people are worried about food. How to choose certified food and how to eat healthy is becoming an important issue. This situation offers a new opportunity for businesses and vendors who provide foods contributing to a healthy diet. In this thesis, we collect documents through the use of three kinds of food safety roles in order to determine the main issue based on their conflicts, and two major issues to be addressed are as follows: Lack of trust and Food Additives. We get answers accordingly by using TRIZ and transform the results into a business model for food safety. In addition, we identify actual cases and related studies to prove the feasibility of this business model. In this study, we find fifteen item solutions that are created by the new business model based on TRIZ approaches are, or could be, implementations under development or in experiments, which lead us to believe that solutions resulting from the issues referenced above will be valued for social corporation responsibility related to food safety.
