Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工程管理碩士在職專班 === 102 === Many scholars agree that knowledge is the best source of competitive advantage, so the organization in order for employees to exchange knowledge with each other, and to obtain benefits from knowledge transfer, and must design an effective knowledge transfer system for the flow of knowledge. On sponge rubber industry, professional knowledge and experience in R&D engineers cannot be handed down, especially after the leave or transfer R&D engineers, who acquired the company and accumulated professional knowledge and skills along away, unable to retain knowledge within the organization, making the replacements must be re-learning, learning in this window period, the organization will cause great losses. In this study, qualitative research method discussion on N company’s R&D engineers in the implementation of the R&D case, what knowledge is used? How to classify knowledge? How to transfer knowledge? The study results show the application of the implicit knowledge “professional knowledge ability,” “communication skills,” “working arrangements” and “technology and process capabilities.” Explicit knowledge is “Usage,” “target price,” “forecast orders,” “R&D numbers,” “development time” and “R&D results.” In this study, Dixon’s (2000) five knowledge transfer methods to analyze characteristics of N company’s R&D departments that “serial transfer” is the most appropriate way of knowledge transfer.
