So scholars began to study the rheological characterisation of debris flow. In addition to the physical characteristics of the fluid, external physical characteristics such as shaking, temperature and other factors also affect the rheological parameters of sludges. Therefore, use the Yih Der’s TS-500D rotary shaking machine to simulate external shaking, and discuss the effect of different shaking speed and shaking time on kaolin slurries rheology parameters. Expected results can be used in engineering analysis, on design and planning of protective engineering. The results can provide a idea be used in the removal of sludges by shaking, even on food industry. This study used a kaolin slurries sample of volume concentration of 30%, carried out three kinds of shaking speed ─ 75, 100 and 125 rpm, four kinds of shaking time ─ 0, 10, 30 and 60 min, a total of 12 sets of experiments. Based on Mitschka’s(1982) rheological parameters equation to obtain Bingham yield stress, we can see that the effect of shaking on kaolin slurries. Experimental results show that the kaolin rheology characteristics can be describe by Bingham model. And the relationship between the shaking time and the yield stress of the kaolin slurries can be describe by a polynomial. At low shaking speed, the structure of kaolin slurries has not been damaged. So we didn’t know the relationship between shaking and Bingham yield stress of kaolin slurries. In addition, the Bingham yield stress were decreased while the shaking speed were increased. Subject to different shaking time effect, the steady shear stress values were decreased while the shaking time were increased;and the shear stress peak were decreased while the shaking time were increased. 詹錢登 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 57 zh-TW |
