Thesis uses Sunplus chip development of voice recognition system; PC development of speech synthesis systems; and the use of magnetic sensors and RFID positioning and navigation, so that the robot can be positioned. We make intelligent robots communicate with each other between the main robot orders to the servant robot, after receiving the command to start voice recognition, the computer will recognize the results back judge, judge completed the servant robot voice synthesis to be answered, the signal restored Play , reply to the main robot, and the identification and synthesis of the results displayed in the interface, communication via such a way that makes intelligent robots wiser. In the thesis the use of linear predictive coding voice synthesis, which requires Segmentation of sound frame, Hamming window, calculating the autocorrelation function, Levinson Durbin algorithm, the residual signal, by these calculations will restore speech signal, since a time waveform of the LPC synthesis coding technique, can reduce the signal transmission rate in the time domain; save perfect voice messages, for the synthesis of a group of words can be very high naturalness and clarity.
