Except for middle professional shop and also the numbers of Hardware product consumers are increasing, the Hardware product industry becomes booming. .Hardware merchandise consists of wide range of value-added goods, is a large and complex industry. It make customer have more choice to buy these kind of product. It is essential for a successful Hardware Chain Stores to establish its to provide good services, price , place and promotion. It also will be one of the most reason to influence customer is suitable marketplace. This study is mainly investigate the marketplace for ALD as a case study. We choose Shijia market as main research. In this research, we make a lot of references to relevant studies for hardware market, product feature and position of ALD to analysis situation for actual market in Shijia.. Then through active association with SLP systematic layout planning analysis, combined with substantive point of view of the consumer survey, draw relationships between products, go draw a better layout proposals.
