Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 流通管理系 === 102 === With the consumption patterns change and the e-commerce grows, improve consumer demand for delivery services, making the delivery companies are surging forward, and the employees is the foundation of enterprises, human resource management increasingly important, the value of talent is increasingly enterprise identity, becoming the key factor in maintaining the growth of business operations. Delivery industry manpower supply and demand imbalance exists the problem of high turnover rate and the flow rate will lead to problems in the arrangements and staff assignments, how to construct the enterprise to improve human resource management system to reduce the cost of recruiting expenses, so that the employees into the enterprise family, and work together to complete the goals set, is a very important issue. In this study, Home Delivery employees as research subjects, to understand the relationship between Organizational Commitment, Cohesion, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and personality trait through a variable control to explore the effects of different personality trait of the organization.
Research literature review confirm the dimensions and impact of question items, and using a questionnaire Measurement and data collection conducted the central region of the delivery services for employees, a total of 259 valid questionnaires were collected for subsequent analysis. The results showed that:Organizational Commitment has a significant positive impact on Cohesion. Cohesion has a significant positive impact on Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has a significant positive impact on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment, Cohesion, Job Satisfaction has a significant positive impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and personality trait has difference from Cohesion and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
