Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 研發科技與資訊管理研究所 === 102 === Bionics, a method of engineering a system based on a model in nature, is developing prosperously in industry and academia recently. However, when trying to design a new product using bionics, it is hard for engineers to find suitable biological references based on their limited biological knowledge. Therefore, this study is motivated to develop a design process so as to assist designers in searching biological samples and inspiring design idea. First, with the aid of text mining techniques, we search suitable biological samples extensively from the internet and establish the preliminary conceptual design. Secondly, by using the technology function matrix analysis, the patentability and infringement of the preliminary conceptual design are assessed, and the prototype design is derived. Next, this study uses TRIZ to resolve conflicts encountered during detailed design process and to improve the prototype. And then, we conduct computer-aided engineering analysis, incorporating with Taguchi method, so as to generate the optimal combination of design parameters. This study uses screen as an example to verify the feasibility and efficiency of this text mining based bionic product design process. The analysis results proved that the proposed design process can effectively shorten the bionic design time, and come out with a dust-proof screen product.
