As time goes on, the nodule will grow on and accumulate at the bottom of the storage tank. As a result, it will block the water circulating pump and pipes, decreasing the working efficiency or damage the circulating water system. The purpose of the research is to develop a new formulation of paint mist flocculant and improve its shortcoming. The performance of the product will be tested and explored. Showing how concentrations of reactants, the reaction of time and the pH of water source affect the paint mist flocculant. Therefore, the scene of simulated device was established to confirm the properties of synthetic paint mist flocculant and explore the practical application. To sum up, the result show the rate of mist removing could reach up to 42 percent. More, the preservation could extend to two months which has reached the associate manufacturer requirements.
