In this study, questionnaire through the network of the auction site to buy home appliances to consumers to collect data by AHP (analytic hierarchy process, AHP), to analyze the four levels of the importance of the evaluation criteria and priorities .To draw consumers' online shopping supplier selection and evaluation criteria priorities. Reuse QFD (Quality Function Deployment, QFD), the customer needs into marketing strategies, and then by screening and appraisal.
