The role of soft power in international politics has also increased significantly. Japan is not a military superpower, but it can influence the world. Through the dissemination of culture, it expands the international politics, enhances the national status, and improves the international image. Japan becomes the more successful deputy in the interpretation of the use of soft power in Asia. In 2000, the Japanese Ministry of Education called the Japanese anime culture as Japanese culture in the "Education White Paper" for the first time. The purpose of this article was to attempt to study the influence of Japanese anime industry and to analyze the subtle forms of development and achievements of Japanese soft power in the international community. In this article, we also to identify the domestic factors for leading Japanese anime industry, to study the policy objectives and content of Japanese development of anime culture, and to study the culture attractive resulting from Japanese anime, which has significant influence in the Japanese goods marketing, tourism industry, and ethnic subcultures.
