Summary:博士 === 國立中興大學 === 歷史學系所 === 102 === The purposes of this dissertation are: conducting empirical studies of PS and UMP supported or opposed nuclear power in 2007 to 2012. Discussion focused on the PS and UMP''s nuclear power policy before and after Fukushima nuclear disaster. The dissertation finds that, the ruling party UMP supported nuclear power. UMP''s main energy policy is "energy diversification." It advocated the use of nuclear power to assist developing other renewable energy sources. The opposition PS, before the Fukushima nuclear disaster, required to maintain the existing nuclear scale. After the Fukushima nuclear disaster, PS was disappointed to the control efforts of nuclear security of government control, divided into three factions. The first faction supported immediate nuclear power, the second faction supported phasing out the use of nuclear energy. The third faction, is the mainstream opinion, that supported enhancing nuclear safety and does not express an opinion on the abolition of nuclear energy.
