Therefore,the current business model channel is unable to bring sustainable and profitable through price competition, retailers need to reevaluate whether the business model needs to be adjusted. In the meantime, under supply chain capabilities collaboration between cooperation patterns brings a positive performance. Therefore, the development of traceability of food commodities under supply chain integration will be significantly benefit on food safety according to the supply chain collaboration research from賴文 洋,王孝裕. Why is the retailer, who plays such an important role in the supply chain,is generally unwilling to accept food traceability system under supply chain integration? Moreover, government advocates subsidies for traceable commodities. However, the subsidies will be terminated in 2016 because they are not sure if these pathways are suitable production and marketing execution. A complete evaluation mechanism for supply chain integration under the retailer,which will choose base on different pathways strategic positioning, choose the best way to integrate the supply chain. In doing so, the resources can be synergy, allow retailers under a complete integration in the supply chain, the operating cost and performance analysis of the decision-making level is accountable and reliable. Therefore, this study aimed at positioning strategies for different pathways for the development of the different levels of the supply chain integration of the cost of fresh fruits and vegetables, and make the integration of different levels of the supply chain of the benefits brought to made a complete analysis of the structure. According to the different paths, the performance of each supply chain performance to make the best decision analysis for the purpose of safe food supply chain in the retail industry. In this study, the price industry-oriented and quality-oriented for organic-based stores are the main objects of study. There are three main types (direct purchase),partnerships (contract farming), strategic alliances (traceability) as the most worthy decision to select supply chain integration mode. Through transaction cost theory school, evaluate different levels of the supply chain integration costs and risks. It brings down to activity-based costing (ABC) to obtain an estimate operating costs,and operating system-based management (ABM) to arrive at the best solution for integration path. In this study, the outcome shows, 1. Based on activity-based costing spreadsheets transaction costs, empirical results show, respectively, the price-oriented path (discount stores), supply chain is at the lowest cost; quality-oriented path (organic shop): In the farming contract the supply of chain integration is at its lowest cost. 2. Based on activity-based management trial performance analysis, empirical results show, respectively, the price-oriented path (discount stores), supply chain integration mode performance is at the highest direct procurement; quality-oriented path (organic shop): Supply the traceability of High performance chain integration mode. 3. In summary, through activity-based management decision, we discover strategic positioning in terms of cost and performance will affect the effectiveness of supply chain integration, so for supply chain integration. Therefore, it is necessary to locate and access the same strategy for both supply chain integration and strategies adopted to get the maximum synergy .
