Income from non-traditional banking business (non-interest) has become the most important part of performance improvement. This paper found that most banks could not rely on only non-interest earnings to increase net income but also the traditional interest related revenue . There are different results under different strategies, even though the size of the branches will also affect branch’s performance. Banks need to take advantage of the presence to diversify the branch business, increase the number and breadth of customers. We concluded that, banks are required to contribute to balance development of business with cross-marketing, so that bank’s earnings from interest income and non-interest income growth can be balanced to face the competition from outside environment. 陳育成 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 37 zh-TW |
