Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 材料科學與工程學系所 === 102 === With the improvement of the technology and equipment for silicon solar cells, conversion efficiencies of both mono-crystalline and multi-crystalline are increased gradually. Meanwhile, It is very important to control the cost for a production of silicon solar cells. Recently, people are focusing on the electroplated copper in place of sliver paste for front contact of solar cells. This is because sliver paste takes most of the cost of solar cells. In this work, Cu/Ni are used as the front contacts by electroplating. Patterns and positions of front contacts are determined by laser openings. Small samples ( 2 X 2 cm2) are utilized first to obtained the optimized experiment parameters. Large samples (5-inch square) are fabricated to realize the effects of annealing on the efficiencies of solar cells. The best cell efficiency of 19.16% was obtained for solar cells after annealing.
