Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 高階經理人碩士在職專班 === 102 === The purpose of this study is to explore the business strategies for Non-Profit Organization using the research method of value chain matrix analysis. This thesis mainly consists of theoretical literature and case study through in-depth interviews with all levels of practitioners in the industry. Opinions from all participants are collected and then synthesized by the value chain matrix method to investigate how Non-Profit Organizations should develop their business strategies under the competitive environment of Social Welfare Enterprise in order to provide managerial implications for strategy develpment.
In this study, the analysis of internal and external environment for the case organization are explored according to domestic and foreign literatures on competitive advantages, value chain model and business strategy. Appropriate business strategies are therefore figured out through value chain matrix analysis.
This study collected suggestions from 12 respondents, including five internal executives, five industry business business executives, and three experienced sponsors, to examine the relations of theory and practice. According to the results of interviews and matrix analysis for Non-Profit Organizations (using HS Social Welfare Foundation as an example), the research proposes the following suggestions:
1.Meet the expectations of the community for enhanceing the value of human life to promotion.
2.Make good use of Public Relationship、Cause Marketing、Experiential Marketing and Relationship Marketing to enhance the effectiveness of social marketing.
3.Execute good training on professionals and establish a good performance appraisal system in parallel.
4.Develope resource integration and creating value is an important key success factor.
