碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 學校行政碩士在職專班 === 102 === This study was to explore teacher in Taoyuan County teachers ' Union members on the status of the route of the teachers' unions, and further explore a different route tends to be associated with the organization identification of teachers' unions and their predictive power. Research education in Taoyuan County Industrial Union members in the State, adopt purposive sampling and stratified random sampling, survey, Taoyuan County education members of the Industrial Union in the country in terms of perception of unionism and professionalism and recognition of associate degree, as well as from each other. With 600 Taoyuan County teachers ' Union members for research sample, questionnaire survey, the questionnaire amounted to recycle 585, valid questionnaires, 573, the findings mean, standard deviation, independent samples t test, paired samples t test, ANOVA analysis, and multivariate statistical methods such as regression analysis, for data analysis and discussion. The results of analysis came to the conclusion: 1. Teacher in Taoyuan County teachers ' Union members demonstrated tendency of unionism and professionalism courses co-exist. 2. Teacher in Taoyuan County teachers ' Union members demonstrate a high degree of organizational identification acts. 3. Male, subject teachers and mentors as well as members of school size 36 or less classes to show the more obvious "unionism route". 4. Male, seniority of 10 years or more for teachers unions to show higher organizational identity.. 5. Member of the teachers ' Union in the course of, with "professionalism" was most obvious. 6. Member of the teachers ' unions "unionism" and "professionalism" and " organization identification " significant positive correlation. 7. Member of the teachers ' unions "Trade Union tendencies" to " organization identification " has a high predictive power. Based on discussion on the purpose of this research, documentation, and results of the data analysis, and made relevant recommendations to provide schools and education authorities, teachers unions, as well as subsequent researchers for reference.
