碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 圖書資訊與檔案學研究所 === 102 === In this study, the use of Nobel Prizes official website confirmed that from 2001 to 2012 Nobel laureate in economics, and then to confirm IDEAS systems literature from 2001 to 2012 and the establishment of the Nobel laureate from 2001 to 2012 Nobel Prize in Economics winner list of works, and since the Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic Search, RePEc, OpenDOAR and OAIster commercial citation databases and open access retrieval system works Nobel laureate data to Excel spreadsheet software as the main data processing tools and SPSS for cross-use management system, with each other and support to carry out data processing. Citation databases and open access system resources through commercial, in-depth comparative characteristics of these two kinds of scholarly communication mechanisms and resources covered by the integrity, repeatability and uniqueness. Expect to provide library Reference Citation Index database system development and future citations. In addition, an assessment of the integrity of the systems by the results, recommendations academic evaluation indicators and instruments.
