Summary: | 碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 管理研究所碩士在職專班 === 103 === To build a excellent defensing force with preventing capability for our military, should be presented by the basic objectives of "war prevention", "national defense", and "anti-terrorism", and conducted by the strategic concepts of "effective deterrence and tenacious defense". However, following on our human resource development of national defense, something changes. Our military had processed several singificient organizational changes in the national defesne such as “Jing-Shi project”, “Jing-Jing project” and “Jing Xha project” since 1998. Except the result of a huge organization downsize, it also caused significant changes in military organization and commanding that we changed the recuiting model to reach a final target of whole volunteers. Therfore, a big different between military and corporations is in recuiting human resource. Miltary cannot recuit a medium or high level manager through selection. Military should select a elite to be a manager from the troops. The one shoud be given the basic training and strict selection. In the academic and practition, people have the consistent idea that "human" is the organization's most valuable resource. In the reform of the defense force structure, the national defense shoud pay more attention in human resources management.
The Questionnaire model is selected in this study. We selected the objectives from the volunteer officers, NCOs and sodilers in different types of troop. And study the effect between their personality, adapation and job satisfaction and provide our military a reference for human resource and management strategy in the future.
