Although the government considers the establishment of daycare centers as a key administrative policy of welfare services, the speed of expansion and acceptance presents a major challenge. Therefore, it is hoped that the initiative will start within the enterprises to provide employees with a supportive work environment by providing adult day care services for their families. This study aims to understand the employees’ attitude towards adult day care services established by enterprises and their willingness to use them. This study employs the convenience sampling technique. Total of 156 valid questionnaires were collected. For data analysis, statistical methods such as frequency distribution, cross analysis and multivariate logistic regression are applied. The results show that 95% of the employees support establishing day care centers in enterprises, and close to 90% of the employees indicate their willingness to utilize adult day care services established by the enterprises. The employees expect to operate the day care center through a contract or make use of a legally registered day care center already in existence. They also think that the best location to establish a day care center is near a hospital. The fees should be lower than conventional day care centers. Most employees also do not wish to accept non-employee families into the center. Close to 87% of the employees believe that the day care center should be subsidized by the government. In terms of services, they consider personal care, outpatient service and nursing service as the most important. In terms of personnel recruitment, professionals should be hired and facility-wise, they believe that barrier-free bathroom facilities and activity spaces are mandatory. Enterprises with adult day care centers will enhance their corporate image and increase the employees’ sense of loyalty. There is a significant statistical difference in the employees’ willingness to make use of enterprise adult day care centers in relation to gender, job position, best location, residential status with parents and services offered by the day care center for them to choose from in the future.
