碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 102 === In recent years, with the improvement and development of technology, smart phones have been a major part of our life. Our research is to understand the satisfaction, usage, and the value of net benefit of android system users. Based on information system success model, and technology acceptance model, we focused on the user quality, perceived value, these two aspects, combining user satisfaction, and the value of net benefit. We managed to retrieve 333copies of effective survey, and result as follows: 1. Using an android smartphone as criterion, the system quality, service quality and a positive effect on users. 2. Using an android smartphone as criterion, system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, perceived eased to use and perceived recreation have a positive effect on users. 3. Using an android smartphone as criterion, the users satisfaction, and usage have a great effect on each other. 4. Using an android smartphone as criterion, users satisfaction, usage have an effect on the value of net benefit. Hoping further research results can be considered in future productions and to be considered in future product development and improvement.
