Focuses on demographic characteristics of home care attendants, home care supervisory functions affect the situation of conflict and post home of its burnout.
In April 2014 to June 2014 the resumption of the case, collected 266 valid data for analysis. Mining quantitative research methods, cross-sectional survey research tool structured questionnaire, questionnaire included demographic characteristics of home care attendants, home care supervisory function scale, the staff and the family conflict scale burnout scale. With SPSS19.0 frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-factor analysis of variance Scheffe (Seheffe) post-test, Pearson correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results show that: (1) religion, spouse or without work, living conditions, the main economic income families, clients, years of service, license types, whether off (turn) the wishes of a significant difference in the future job in the home supervisory functions; (2 ) gender, service targets, the future is off (turn) intention, education level, years of service and job family conflict has significant differences; (3) gender, age, marital status, living conditions, the future is off (turn) office will, there are significant differences with burnout; (4) the overall functionality between home supervisors holistic family conflict and post significant negative correlation;. home supervisory functions and burnout "emotional exhaustion", "depersonalization" a significant negative correlation ; the home supervisory functions and burnout "personal achievement" significant positive correlation; whole family conflict and job burnout "emotional exhaustion", "depersonalization" significant positive correlation; whole family conflict and job burnout "Personal achievement "significant negative correlation; (5) years of home care attendant, sex, living situation, whether the future away (turn) office will, overall supervisory functions and family ¬ work conflict variables' sentiment on burnout exhaustion." has a significant influence, could explain 27.3% of the total variance; (6) the overall supervision function, work ¬ family conflict, living conditions and other variables on burnout "depersonalization" significant influence could explain. 15.8% of the total variance;. factors (7) affect burnout "personal achievement", including marital status, age, overall supervisory function of the total variance explained by the 36%.
The results of this study shows that factors burnout of home care Workers impact on the performance of the home and office performance of supervisory functions family conflict, providing home care services to provide managers and government agencies to develop policies and measures to strengthen home care services as supervisors play its function, improve grades and reduce family conflict experience burnout, reduce home careWorkers from reference (rpm) intention.
