There are more civil problems and requirements from the civilian than ever because of civic awareness and more contact accessibilities in between military and civilian. The military is not only to faces struggle of multiple decisions, but also have to consider reception about different community; therefore, it is important to apply right strategy on different background. This study explores research motive and its frame from relevant references. This research adopts questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to prove the impact of conflict management and looking forward to solving issues in military image and community relation, improving relationship in between military and civilian. The questionnaire surveys are distributed to from residents surrounding military training station and members of the military training station. Base on the analysis conclusion, following points are confirmed: 1. Applying appropriate conflict strategy at the first moment when conflict occurred would conquer the conflict efficiently. 2. Positive strategies of competing, collaborating and compromising will improve community relations and sharp military image. 3. Using avoiding strategy and accommodating strategy would result negative effects on community relation and military image. 4.
