碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 企業管理系經營管理碩士班 === 102 === In this thesis, "Chongzheng Foundation" as a case study.Chongzheng Foundation standedin 1996.Members actively involved in social welfare activities inTaiwannorthernandcentralareas.Theirworksinject a new forceinTaiwan society.And has a unique character and historical significance in the spiritual reform.The purposesof this studyaretooverviewthe strategic managementof Chongzheng foundation,to assess strengths and weaknesses existing in strategic management of Chongzheng Foundation,to provide suggestionsfor strategic management of Chongzheng Foundationaccording to the findings, and by the results of this study, toprovide other non-profit organizationshow to offerbetter services with limited resources in order to improve identification and participation of the communitypeople.This case study uses Semi-structuredInterviewsforinterviewingCEO, two vice-leaders, onestaff member, the five participantsof Chongzheng Foundation.According to the results ,Chongzheng Foundation's strategic management process is based on a clear mission .Toform a clear strategy ,the foundationmakesthe annual plan by October each year, and use the matrix organizational structure to execute strategy.Given all of the activities,involved in strategic activities the community has a positive evaluation.Finally, the study findings suggest administrative work of Chongzheng Foundation for must have working manuals and job descriptions, processes various activities organized by the Articles of Association of a clear specification, and education and training system should be more complete on course for record DVD widely distributed to thepublic. To publicize the moral, more of the community that Chongzheng Foundation, the initiative to participate in activities of the Foundation, to join the ranks of volunteers.
