碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 企業管理系經營管理碩士班 === 102 === In recent years, the social environment and the concept of the marriageable young people are changed. Domestic fertility is declining year by year. It has produced a "low birth rate" phenomenon, and has had a significant impact on the various stages of education. Because of the fewer classes, most schools face the pressure of excess teachers. Also the pressure enables schools to develop sustainable practices. This study aims to investigate the schools’ situations and problems under the effects of low birth rate.This study offers featured management styles and provides educational competitive strategies. This study uses the case study method. It includes collecting literature, analysising documents, interviewing schools, and then using SWOT, TOWS analysis. It provides viable strategies under inside and outside environmental considerations. According to the results, reference suggestions are proposed for educational administration, school-related units and subsequent researchers.
