The exclusive goods business model for bakery goods has the advantages of simplistic marketing sales network. If the consumer are going to buy the products, the customer only need to buy via the exclusive distributor, or go directly to the manufacturer. Under this simple marketing sales network innovative mode, creating a unique, premium values and the maximization of profits. For such model application business, if products items are limited, it would be very difficult to remaining a sustainable competitive advantage. This study focuses on understanding the exclusive goods business model for bakery goods and its status. By integrating the relevant business strategy literature review of academic and industrial experts experiences, the finding revealed fifteen principles of exclusive dealing innovative business model strategy. Further, cooperating these principles with fourteen industrial experts’ experiences which analyzed by Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) analysis to filter three major principles and twelve secondary principles. This study throughout 5 senior experts’ suggestions and used Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to obtain weights of exclusive goods business model criteria. The finding revealed that bakery industry has rich and unique flavor and quality, high-quality company image and well-known brands, products with competition and stability, packaging and design are creative and innovative which are important competitive strength. If exclusive goods business model can focuses on these principles, it can increase competition and sale volume of products. The finding of this study, hoping to provide the exclusive goods business model strategy for bakery goods application.
