Summary: | 碩士 === 明道大學 === 產業創新與經營學系碩士班 === 102 === With the rapid development of Taiwan's economy, higher standars of people's living, and national-wide attention to weekend activities, leisure and recreation industry is flourishing. Yet, the overall performance of the operation isn't consistant . In this study, the innovative and successful business stragy of Taiwanese tourism will be discussed. Based on the experiences and retrospective analysis of 18 native or foreign experts in the industry or the academy, three main criteria of innovative operation and development strategy which is relevant to tourism were sorted out: external factors, internal factors, and characteristics of attractions.
The appropriate innovative operation and development strategy is screened out by Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM), Expert Decision and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP.)
The result of the study indicates the order of the most important sub-criteria of innovative business strategies, according to the use of Expert Decision, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and (SAM.) The results obtained in this study are hoped to be the important refererence, regarding to innovative business strategies of the domestic tourism.
