The history of organic agriculture development in Taiwan follows the principles of sustainable recycling of natural resources to produce premium and safe organic products that are supplied to the market. The production investment of organic agriculture and related industries is broadly categorized as processing, services, and marketing. Modern organic agriculture has developed to include the “3 pillars of organic agriculture” that include production, life, and habitat. Primary, secondary, and tertiary facets of the industry such as food production, organic processing, and finally distribution, recreation, and cultural experience make ample use of the habitat resources and organic industry culture of farm villages to increase the revenue of farmers. Furthermore, organic agriculture has been utilized to develop natural agriculture, organic agriculture, sustainable agriculture, habitat agriculture, regenerative agriculture, biodynamic agriculture, green vitality agriculture, and new agricultural products derived from innovative technology and development from the process of the industry’s global management. This pivots from the problems of traditional operations to produce a blue ocean strategy that creates innovative value and increases competitiveness and the sustainable management of the organic agriculture industry. This paper uses Daxueshan Organic Farms as case study to analyze the development and results of the farm’s value added through innovation. Qualitative research is used in document data analysis, interviews, observation, and collecting research data; the research data is then organized and analyzed to form a conclusion for discussion. The study is then concluded with suggestions. The conclusions of the study are as below: 1.Technological innovation is revolutionary for the industry value of Daxueshan Organic Farms, its innovative products, market demand, and service quality. 2.The success of Daxueshan Organic Farm’s product value is due to the elements of innovative research to develop differentiated products, extend product economic lifespan, and the importance of food safety to create success and profit for the farm. 3.The problems of Daxueshan Organic Farms – Let industry, government, and academia to strengthen and solve the operating issues of the farm. Finally, conclusions and suggestions will be drawn according to the study to propose a success formula to profit from innovative technology in organic agriculture to provide practical suggestions and reference to related departments, manufacturers, and those with interest in this topic.
