Description
Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 公共事務學系碩士在職專班 === 102 === The purpose of this study was to explore the concept of safety management and risk management in the process that the participants (students and faculties) organize field trips of off-shore island senior high schools. The study was a literature analysis and qualitative research by means of semi-structured in-depth interview. Through purposive sampling all of the students of Matsu senior high school who took part in field trip preparation, had been selected as research participants. And take the interviews with pre-prepared outline as the research tool. For establishment of the trustworthiness, the methods of developing trust relationship with participants, train gulation, member check, peer reviewing, and thick description were employed. The findings of the research are as follow: 1. Students have the preliminary knowledge about safety management and risk management before field trips. 2. Different role-playing influence the knowledge. This researcher issues the following suggestions according to the result of this study: 1. Suggestions for the school: Students make the body of education and the payer for field trips. Therefore, it is the obligation of the school to make students understand the process of purchase so that the plan of outdoor education can be amended on students’ suggestion. On the other hand, faculties and students did not reach the he consensus over centralizing the nonparticipating students. The school should have planned ahead and explained to students’ parents its custody of the nonparticipating students to eliminate unnecessary disputes. 2. Suggestions for future researcher: This study made questionnaire survey of students at Matsu High School to realize students and faculties’ experience and opinions in safety management. Although the main subject of this study is “The Mechanism of Field Trip Safety Management,” the result of the survey is limited to Matsu area due to restricted objects and area. A suggestion for the future researchers is to take the environmental properties of Matsu as a consideration factor so that the future research on Lianjiang County can precisely realize the requirement and knowledge in deeper scale of field trip safety management mechanism for local school.
