However, due to the nature of open source, so we realize that when using open source software companies at the same time, is bound to the original traditional inner software projects developed at the management level will have different practices. The intention of this paper is from software project development management processes into requirements analysis, system design, Implementation, integration testing and maintenance in five phases, from open source software evaluation to proprietary source code integration become products in the process. This study through interviews with successful software case, exploratory research provides the framework to incorporate development using open source in the software life cycle project management practices for reducing the risk of adoption open source software,and also provide management proposals for adopting open source software companies. Studies have found that success stories on OSS developed autonomy on decide OSS to be core development, top management support way, selection mechanism, project team''s understanding on selected OSS, development team skill and documentation of executive power, the differences in management, is the important factors influencing of project success.
