Due to departmental information systems are not connected with each other and difficult to exchange their own information. How to integrate departmental information is the main problem. This is the heavy burden of company if the departments keep using the non real-time information. In order to solve the above problem, Enterprise Resource Planning was using. Through implementation of ERP systems, they help to improve operating processes, maintain organizational flexibility, enhance efficiency, and ultimately increase their competitive advantages. Many enterprises have been active in using ERP systems to integrate corporate resources now. The main purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the implementation of ERP systems in military organization. First, the study summaries factors of implementing ERP from literature review and develop the conceptual model for researching. Then the in-depth interview questions also were designed with validity. At last, the study applied the Ground Theory for analyzing the collected data and found out CSFs that affecting the implementation of ERP system in military organization. Finally, this study concluded ten CSFs for military organizations in four dimensions, including “Managerial Factors”, “Project Factors”, “Technical Factors”, and “User Factors”. And the study concluded that ten CSFs were “Top Management Support”, “ERP Team Composition”, “The Communcation Among Team Members”, “Project Management”, “Evaluation Of Performance”, “Practicability And Augment Of System”, “Effectiveness And Stability Of System Functions”, “Ability And Compatibility Of MIS Members”, “Attifude Of Users”, and “Training Program Of Users”.
