碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 傳播管理學系碩士班 === 102 === In recent years, political talk shows gradual increase in ratings , and even become an important source of knowledge for people to researching the news .In this study, five have been confirmed news frame, " responsibility frame ", " conflict frame ", " morality frame ", " human interest frame ", " economic consequence frame " to explore and observe the political talk shows in the oil and electricity prices issues , the use of different frameworks , and found among the channels , does have similarities and differences on the use of the frame . This study collected the 2012 political talk shows average ratings for each month , according to Nielsen ratings survey , the range of the highest ratings in 2012 probably falls around April and May. However , in April 2012 , Ma Ying-jeou government announced stop freezing domestic oil and electricity prices. Due to the significant issues and livelihood issues at stake. Not simply for electricity and oil prices rise , all consumer goods will rise relative to follow the ups and downs. So we picked up our oil and electricity dual main topics of research methods. As regards the sources of political talk shows , this study collected in April 2012 and in May the highest rated in the top three political talk shows , according to this study as data reliability. This study is to investigate by a single political talk shows to discuss major issues , as well as three top-rated political talk shows sources ,to see what domestic political programs frame. The Framework for the news at home and abroad mostly used content analysis as the main research methods . The coverage of news events often use certain frame , this study suggests that political talk shows comments on news of the framework will be presented in a particular theme . Holli and Patti (2000) from the study of the past in the media frame , summarized the existing framework of the five types. This study will be used as the frame of these five types of categories to construct the base, and each frame based on the contents of the literature were made three to five questions , each according coders answer questions " yes" or "no" to the sub , but the questions of each frame if they meet the more , the frame uses the more obvious. This study attempts to examine the theoretical framework of news and political talk shows discuss domestic situation , analyze the domestic political programs under different channels , different positions , political bias , the framework used is also different. Explore media content in the frame , is to understand how the media construct social reality is a very important method . This study suggests that this approach better context from which to find the framework to analyze the various positions of political talk shows forth the facts in the debate process , affected by the strength of the frame .
