Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 102 === The purpose of the study is to conduct a study about perfectionism and well-being for public junior high school teachers in Taoyuan County. This study conducted a questionnaire survey and drew 610 public junior high school teachers by using stratified random sampling in Taoyuan County, return 590, and effect samples is 587(96.23%). Simultameously, analyses were employed by descriptives, 1-Way MANOVA, and structural equation modeling (SEM).Result of the study are summarized as follows: (1) the status of perfectionism and well-being for public junior high school teachers in Taoyuan county is good; (2) there are significantly differences among teachers with different background in perfectionism and well-being ; (3) the model showed that adaptive perfectionism exercise had strongly significant positive influence on well-being. This is the first model about adaptive perfectionism and well-being for public junior high school teachers in Taoyuan County. This study can provide some references for leaders of schools, educational administrations and teachers for promoting well-being of teacher in the future.
