And comparing the difference among different background of preschool educator between the parent-teacher interaction of teachers’ perception and the manipulation of care strategy. Further, analyzing the facters that may have interactions between the parent-teacher interaction of teachers’ perception and the manipulation of care strategy. Questionnaire survey were utilized as the method of this study. Subjects consisted of 294 preschool educators in Taoyuan county, 289 questionnaires have been conducted. 275 questionnaires are valid. Discriptive Statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient are used in the data analysis. The conclusion as below: 1.The situation of the parent-teacher interaction gain the intermediate acceptance level of recognition and its approval. 2. The body maintenance strategy is the best strategy due to the consequence of acquiring more frequent manipulation of care strategy. 3. The differences between the cognition of parent-teacher interaction and the age, seniority, qualification, the times of participation for parent-teacher interaction programs, and the times of participation for care strategy of Preschool educators reveal manifest. 4. The age, seniority, qualification, the times of participation for parent-teacher interaction programs, and the times of participation for care strategy of Preschool educators will be quite obvious for the manipulation on learning strategy in care strategy. 5. The strategy of development on physiology and psychology reveals the variation in employing the position. 6. The times of participation for care strategy shows obvious difference on care strategy. 7. The manipulation of parent-teacher interaction and care strategy show positive. 8. The manipulation of parent-teacher interaction have influence on the perception of the care strategy. Based on the conclusions, the research makes the suggestions for the preschool, teachers, Center for the Teacher Education Program, and the future studies.
