Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 102 === The purpose of this study is to explore relationships between working stress and satisfaction with family life of elementary school married female teachers. Due to play multiple roles such as mother, wife, daughter-in-law, daughter, employee for a female teachers, working stress of those female teachers always impact on their satisfaction with family life. The study adopts a questionnaire to meet the purpose of this study and the subjects of this study are married female teachers of public elementary school who teach in Sanchung/Luzhou District, New Taipei City in 102 school-year. Non-random purposive sampling of this questionnaire survey was conducted.
360 questionnaires were distributed whereas 332 copies were valid. Data were collected and analyzed through statistic approaches, consisting of frequency distribution, percentage, one-way ANOVA, and Person product-moment correlation …etc.
The major findings of this study are shown as follows,
1."Overall job stress" and "home casual" of those teachers is significantly negative correlation.
2. Those teachers feel job stress was moderate, "psychological conflict" ranked as the highest level.
3. The status quo of family life satisfaction for those teachers is high and "family harmony" level ranked the highest.
4. Those teachers whose married-age between 6~10 years and 16~20 years of service worked as a teacher and part-time administrative tutor elementary school homeroom teachers married female have a higher working pressure.
5. Those teachers who serve as mentor and their schools scale is more than 49 classes rank the highest satisfaction with family life.
Finally, educational implications of this study and recommendations for educational authority, school leaders, teachers, and future study are also proposed.
