A sample of 178 Taiwanese female expatriates submitted the online survey; the findings reveal that female expatriates’ experience is positively related to subjective and objective career success, respectively. Further, the internal and external networking partially mediates the relationship among the female expatriates’ experience, subjective career success and overall number of promotions (except annual salary). Finally, extraversion moderates the relationship between expatriate experience and external networking, but not internal networking, such that the relationship is stronger when individual extraversion is higher (vs. lower). Implications for theory and practice are discussed. Chin-T Hsu 許金田 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 22 en_US
