This study uses the sample collected from 265 employees worked in different organizations using ANCOVA analysis to test. The empirical results showed that (1) employee’s moral identity is initially positive with his/her ethical behaviors; (2) ethical leadership perceptions have positively effect to influence the relationship between employee’s moral identity and their ethical behavior intentions, but this effect didn’t show the significant effect; (3) and the last ethical climate perceptions shows moderated the relationship for employee’s moral identity and their ethical behavior intentions, such that the relationship is stronger for those organizations with higher ethical climate.
