Internet has become an important part of our lives following the new internet technologies and the development of e-commerce and changes gradually the ways of people’s life and consumption. Moreover, internet has become a platform for online auction among individuals and a way to find better deals. Internet is an unique platform which is interactive, fast, convenient, and cost effective. These factors had led e-commerce to one of the most important transaction systems. This article focuses on the topics of the problems of some issues such as wrong prices labeled on the internet, 7days unconditional return of goods, terms of standard form contracts etc. There are still discords over some of these questions between the judiciary, administrative organization, and scholars. The author finds it is necessary to make some great amendments in the future legislation. An efficiency and prosperous online retail environment is accomplished by balancing consumer’s rights and businessman’s commercial interest for domestic consumer protection internet transactions perpetually operation and improving economies development.
