Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 102 === This study explores the effect of logistics collaboration and supplier collaboration between the night market food stalls and their suppliers on performance. There are 125 valid questionnaires in this study. These questionnaires are conducted for SPSS18 and SmartPLS2.0 statistical analysis. The result shows: First, horizontal collaboration has a significant impact on the service performance. Second, collaboration performance has a significant impact on the service performance. However, supplier collaboration has no significant impact on the service performance. Also, horizontal collaboration has no significant impact on the collaboration performance, service performance have no significant impact on the stalls performance. Finally, collaboration performances have no significant impact on the service performance. According to above results, this study proposed some directions for future researches. According to our results, we advise the stalls to build collaboration with other stalls improve their performance. Otherwise, the stalls should have horizontal collaboration, like management of general waste and food waste recycling, to improve their performance of customer satisfaction.
