The questionnaire design would be conducted for leisure patterns of participants. In addition, the student leisure pattern charts and binocular examination tables were analyzed by descriptive statistics. On the other hand, the multiple responses of frequency distribution and T-test were conducted to analyze the reasons which caused visual deficits in two groups. The results revealed that there was significant difference shown in the factors such as the scale of living space, outdoor time and indoor time. In addition, the total using counts such as indoor games, reading, tablet using, expressed obvious difference between both groups in holidays, but not in weekdays. And the total using counts in emmetropia group were higher than those in myopia group. We also conducted the physiological eye position structure device(PEPSD) to examine the binocular visual conditions in the two groups. The results showed that the symptoms of scatterbrained, lucifugous, blur vision in far distance or in near, the reading distance get shorter, read font slow, head tilt askance recognize objects, correlated to slightly convergence insufficient, disparity vergence dysfunction, accommodative facility insufficient, accommodation insufficient and accommodative excess. Based on students of leisure patterns, we analyzed further the correlation between leisure patterns and binocular visual disorders. The results showed that leisure patterns of indoor games and tablet using might lead to binocular visual disorders significantly.
