碩士 === 康寧大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 102 === This study was designed to investigate the local government workers for the current status of knowledge management, and the relevant theories and concepts based on knowledge management and deliberate local government workers who understand the degree to which the concept of knowledge management, conducted a series of discussions, which include local civil servants personal background, the context of local government for the plight of their knowledge management and coping strategies. This research mainly through literature review and questionnaire survey of local government workers in Changhua county a total of 324 man-empirical study, The effective response rates of up to 100%. Statistical analysis includes descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t-test and one way ANOVA to analyze survey data. The results are summarized as follows: 1. According to the results of factor analysis, the importance of knowledge management dimensions of the order are knowledge application, knowledge sharing, knowledge storage, knowledge innovation and knowledge acquisition. 2. There were significant difference in the variables of size of local government and years of service in promoting knowledge management and knowledge management-level issues and dilemmas. 3. Changhua County Government in the promotion of knowledge management systems need to be improved, so that local government workers can develop the importance of knowledge management, the real implementation of knowledge management practices.
