Therefore, this study will assess the key factors affecting the superiority in sustainable management of fish market by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP). By the results of the analysis found that the sustainable management of Changhua fish market of the four key factors in order to "maintenance management factors, sustainable development plan factors, operating model factors and auction services factors. From the result, the "on site new build", "maintenance management", "Adequate human", "vision upgrade of fish market " are the four important factors.
